Scott, I gave up trying to trade the open with them a long time ago. I RARELY trade before 9:50-10:00 in my Datek account. It is just one of many adjustments I had to make months and months ago, in order to save my sanity. That's why I almost NEVER sleep with anything, unless it is a pre-planned, multi-day hold. I never again want to be in the position of just HAVING to close a trade, and having my order go into that black hole known as Datek's 'can't keep up with this much volume, so we're placing your order in some fourth dimension somewhere' syndrome.
