David, I think he will still be in the Safeguard building, or at least on the campus, but not running Safeguard day-to-day: Upon the completion of the formation of the fund, Mr. Caldwell will become chief executive officer of the fund. However, until such time as a successor to Mr. Caldwell at Safeguard is named, it is anticipated that Mr. Caldwell will continue to fulfill his responsibilities as president and chief operating officer.
