I spect everyone that had execution problems today moves their account and all goes well forever. Ain't gonna happen folks. Next super vol day even with the NEW brokerage its going to be doodoo again. Only advice I give is get past the person you start talking with in Cust-Service and get to a Supvsr who can make a decision. It is very frustrating I know as I have been there but it is and will be part of daytrading. Not the pretty part I might add. These compressed vol stocks that move a bunch can be our enemy when the butcher gets out the big knife..... Hope we all find a better trading pattern today. ***Did anyone call the ETRADE inside phone # I posted yesterday? , and did it work, (It used to get to Nick Manley who was very good to help).
