Max- I read the news release. It still leaves unanswered questions relative to the NM- Cendant relationship. My sense is the same as yours, that NM owns the E4L site, owns the customer base, books all the revenue, and pays a fee of some sort to Cendant. The company needs to clarify this--- it has become too big an issue.
