Steven, re: Colo Colocation certainly has its advantages. But one should be aware that one of the areas that suffer with colo is on-the-spot and timely installations, maintenance and troubleshooting. If you want these as an added set of features from the colo provider, you should be prepared to pay substantially in many instances, negating some of the savings. Service Level Agreements with sharp teeth become an imperative. Of course, many of the cash-strapped, emerging so-called next-geners, will tend to side step these issues, preferring to do things on the cheap. Churn rates, along with the rate of Valium consumption on the parts of their subscribers, will tell you who those providers are. Frank
