>>>then good healthy bounce

the first bounce may be small and a fakeout

airlines ... I'll stick with NWAC

Airlines to ride out turbulence?

It's no secret that the airline industry has not had a good year. Individual Investor Online
points out shares of AMR (AMR) are flat this year. Delta (DAL) is down 10 percent.
USAirways (U) is down 16 percent. UAL (UAL) is down 30 percent and Northwest
(NWAC) is down 48 percent. Is there a good investment to be had in the airline industry?
Individual Investor's Analyst Bullpen finds recommendations for at least two of the big
players. It quotes BT Alex. Brown's Susan Donofrio as saying she likes Delta and AMR,
American Airlines' parent company, because of their internal growth. She puts a target of
$61 a share on Delta based on the company's new program for revenue management and the
company's continued share-buyback program. And she targets AMR at $75 a share,
crediting its improved yield management techniques and its ongoing share buybacks. Brian
Harris of Solomon Smith Barney agrees, but tells Individual Investor that the airline industry's
expansion planned for next year is its largest since 1992 and if economic growth comes in at
1 percent next year, that wouldn't be an "ideal situation." Harris favors Delta among the four
major players. He rates the airline "outperform" and puts a 12-month target price on Delta at
$63 a share. Donofrio sounds a cautionary note for investors though. Given the industry's
current turbulence, she says, "Investors should tread very carefully when investing in airline
stocks." More on this recommendation is available at

update today's calls ...

>>>am expecting down opening @possibility of Naz fall to (at the worst) -29, as many panic sell.<<<

-26 at morning low ... came close

>>>then good healthy bounce <<<
actually much better than healthy NAZ +54

>>>holding TECD and SEEK NWAC in the Z and me portfolio ... they will bounce, as buyers come in on buying strength after initial selloff.

BIOMF bot at 3 3/8 closed at 3 11/16 ... has more room for upside with medical conference on the 12th

NWAC last 25 3/4 +11/16 ... have target several months of 35

TECD ... earnings out today after close of market, closed +1 3/16, I held.

Bot a lil SER on Tmex speculation ... and a decent chart entry ... in at 6 11/16 it closed at 6 13/16

ENMD not much bounce off low, closed at 24 ...

SEEK last 32 13/16 -1 1/4 did not rally much from the low of 32 1/4 ... but I am not concerned with that

>>>2 cents worth of an educated guess<<<

worth the 2 cents .. today ... LOL
