You said it!!! When it's crunch time, those $5&$7 net trades are worthless. Also, if I am in S. Korea or something, Fidelity will take my collect call, no problem.

I use Fidelity as my primary broker (E*Trade as backup) and am generally pleased. Always seems slow from 9:30-9:45, but I rarely trade until 10:00 anyways.
They are extremely helpful/fair when it comes to disputes I have had.
