Donald: I called Etrade Customer Service last night (On hold for 30 minutes) and gave up. This morning I decided to try again. I have been on hold over an hour and still holding. I just wanted to ask about the Margins.

NOT GOOD!

Donald: I follow a few regular threads, TSO and BK being two. However, any stocks that I am investing in are considering investing.

Of course many on the list were "internuts" as of late. Up until yesterday I could not hope to read all the post...now they are almost dead. If the Market goes into a prolonged Bear...SI may well dry up!

Oh, by the way...just got a person on the line at Etrade after 75 minutes. I asked about the Margin rumors, she said she is just helping out from another department and will have to contact someone in Margins...on hold again...can you believe it!

I am going to stay on the phone all day if it takes that long. I want to know how long it takes to get a simple question answered...under Market stressed conditions.

EDIT: After 90 minutes...Etrade has made no margin changes!
