Steve , Correct, just purchased 2000 shares at 3 9/16 , missed the lower fraction , but that's ok.

The theory is by lowering the ask the buyers will hold off so they can buy at the bottom and by rapidly lowering the bid they will get a lot of people to sell in fear of loosing their profit. But as we know, DCI is not the typical BB stock. It is evident we still have a short position out there trying to cover.
