Clint,

One of the stocks you used to follow ITWO is finally breaking
out above the 200 DMA on analyst upgrades.

The conservative foward guidance from the last conference call
by ITWO was due to weakness in the PSFT channel. ITWO management
could not figure out what market dynamic was causing the weakness
and assumed it would be industry wide. PSFT is still weak and looking
weaker all the time. I am not sure what is driving the upgrade.

America Online Inc. (AOL) spurted 12 3/4 to 117. Dell Computer said it will feature AOL on its computers.

Tape Action for AOL - Neutral. AOL climbs sharply but shows only modest up tick volume for the day. There was heavy profit taking during the day. TTD expects a pause.

Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) shot ahead 32 1/8 to 318 3/4. No news. The company is continung to expand its commerce presence on the internet.

Tape Action - Slightly Bullish. AMZN drives sharply higher in price. However, net up tick volume for the day was just slight. That was because there was clear profit taking around mid-day. The stock did strength a bit into the close. AMZN is extended. Bulls should stay in but expect a base to develop soon.

Network Solutions Inc. (NSOL) sky rocketed 43 3/4 to 164 3/4. It handles the domain names for web sites.No news.

Tape Action - Extremely Bullish. NSOL drives sharply higher with up tick volume the most in five months. It does not appear to be blow off volume. TTD sees the stock going even higher in the next few days.
