Heyy Don, Well here we are and no news from company giving us any inkling of what is going on, there has been conjecture that in order for the company to expand they need to double the outstanding # of shares or the other line is well they will issue them but won't use them, both concepts are insulting to me to be honest. We have been told: 1. FNTN has the lowest burn rate of any company attempting to do what they are doing. MP--> If this is in fact the case why are more shares needed what kind of funding have they gotten to date and where has that money gone? 2. A six month roll out of news pending. MP--> That was 5 months ago, when questioned on this, numerous people were told well its the market conditions. I can think of numerous companies that have proceeded with the biz at hand all during this time. 3. Videos for internet are ready to roll. MP--> That was 3 months ago per my personal visit where I saw them, we still have a "coming soon" on page. 4. Was told by MS that he and others have sold shares of the company. MP--> To date have seen nothing filed officially on EDGAR ( perhaps I am reading filings wrongly) my apols if so. There is more but I see no need to belabor the point, suffice to say there are many unanswered issues at this point and I at this time see no need to carte blanche say yes to the issuance of more shares without any kind of explanation.
