I think you hit the nail on the head. Rubenstein got a UPI writer to pick up, what to us, is old news. What did they have to promise to get that? First shot at things to come? That seems logical, but that doesn't mean it is. Still, its easier to get someone to do a second or follow up article than it is to get the first article written and published. I hope this is a good sign.
