You still havent told me how this is overpriced considering its peers or future growth prospects.

How can you short an NASDAQ Small Cap stock under $ 5 ? You should read the rules. If you must make a statement, back it with facts, and not just rambling.

There is a saying: better be quiet and let people think you are dumb than say something stupid proving to the world that you really are.

I don't think you can short OR buy on margin due to the NASDAQ rules. Anyway, unless you are daytrading, no broker (online or otherwise) would allow you to do it.
