i bot amzn in the roth account today. just for more gamble. along w. sunw/aol (not in ira) and msft in ira. it's at 198 up 6 now. i m hoping we close big. and amzn in few months will be 240.

Hi Sonny, I think it may have been me who was talking about selling my ORCL. I was going to this morning and then changed my mind. Thanks for using your psychic powers to persuade me not to. <GGG> I was also ready to pull some savings and get some internet stocks, but I chickened out. It's been one of those days, you know the kind. What a day though. My Intel and Oracle did excellent. When I saw the 135 target on INTC, I had to kick myself a little more for not adding in the 70's. Oh well, I'll get some in the 70's after we split again, which at this rate may be next year. JMHO I finally bought the new computer for home. I almost got a CPQ but everyone talked me out of it. The CPQ high-end machines/servers are great but the desktops aren't that wonderful. I finally got a Acer PII/350 with the DVD/CD ROM. That should last the family for a few years. I have been shopping for months and Best Buy had a great sale on a system so I went for it. Yes Sonki, I did price DELL but they were way out of line and I have been hearing poor reviews about their service. For those new buyers out there PLUG THE THING IN AND RUN IT FOR WEEKS. I had to take my monitor back last night because it smelled up my whole house. :-( My experience is not the norm, I just have notorious problems with monitors frying. For some reason I have the same problem with transmissions. Hmmmm.... <GGGGGG> Well your MALL did come back today, but the ONSL didn't. The glass is 1/2 full, right. :-) I have a question for anyone???? Does anyone use the on-line banking services from their bank to download their info into quicken or MS Money?? Just wondering because I am seriously thinking about doing it. Have a great evening and since I doubt I'll get a turn on the computer tonight I'll have to yack at y'all tomorrow. Ann
