So it's in the bag then; QCOM gets their convergence and royalties??? They've shaken hands w/ERICY? (I would imagine ATI has a very close relationship w/QCOM... am I wrong??)

Irwin, chairman and CEO of Qualcomm, will talk about the new venture with Microsoft to promote wirelesss data, the emergence of wireless local loops in offshore markets and the battle for dominance in "3G" -- which will enable very high-speed, high-bandwidth connections to mobile terminals.
