Shalom,

In my post, I was actually agreeing with you to some extent. In the example that I used, I was saying that many times we hug for little or no reason, and are yet sometimes hesitant to hug that same person in a real meaningful embrace, because it is somewhat more emotionally dangerous. There is always that chance of rejection, or being misunderstood, that keeps us from showing that real moment of affection during that period of hesitancy.

My own personal contention is that if we understood to a greater degree, and were more in tune with, how we are all connected at a spiritual level, those moments of hesitancy would tend to disappear.

Dear God if you could love
us all that much then I could at least love enough to remind others of your love for
us.

I changed my thought in mid-stream and neglected to also take out than and replace it with then.

I hate when that happens.
Jesus said:
John 15:13
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
