What if I told you that the speed you enjoy at some point would be at the mercy of your neighbors, whether they will practice forbearance w.r.t what they pull down on their links, or not. The latter is one of the points that often gets lost in these discussions. As a specialized ISP, ATHM must be able to deliver to its users doorsteps the kinds of services that are being made available by "other" service providers, as well.
