According to the press release: "The Distributors have guaranteed Veronex a minimum of $11,750,000 in I\|Nova System product sales over the next two years." Does this mean the "distributors" are liable to VXTK for $11,750,000 if they don't meet their guarantee? If so, and assuming the worst case scenario that the distributors make no sales of I\|Nova during the next two years, when can VXTK lay claim to at least some of that money? The company needs to clear this up, ASAP. - Jeff
