Chuzz,
Hi!!!

RE: Hi Kemble, you are absolutely right! This is the best short article summing up Dell the man and Dell the company.

My dear mathematical wizard.......your advice has steered many over the past and enlightened even this simple mind....but, let's face it...this basic IQ goes crazy over the vision this man talks of... when Michael talks of Dell and the future something happens upstairs...my interest becomes excitement.....I can't help it...the guy has this company running unstoppable...as my Dad said awhile back..after purveying my photo album from Austin....."the knowledge and the confidence they must have"....This article is outstanding.....Some of the comments concerning how management constantly plays devil's advocate with each other impresses me as much any other aspect of their planning...of course this IS the planning...this planning must be so exhausting mentally yet so challenging it is fun...the model....the model....the model....nothing can stop this model if they look for pitfalls and learn from their mistakes past...being concerned about DELL and not being over concerned of what others are doing is a strategy others can only envy...Dell knows that getting to the top is difficult...but, not nearly as tough as staying there.. this article tells everyone who knows the history of this company that their planning is being set and re-set for greater and greater things where the competition can only look up and be envious...some of the quotes in this have me very excited...I almost see the smile on his face when he is talking to the reporter...I know I made that prediction of Dell in the next five years following the shareholders...I still stand by it...yet, having read this 10 page interview I am considering whether I truly am going to be wrong again....I am beginning to think I may be low.... :o)

Best, Kemble
