Doesn't figure. There isn't any logic in what is happening with the stock moves of various companies involved.

I'm just watching and waiting. I wish they would close those meetings and ban any talk with the press until the decision is over. Reminds me of the biotech days when the stocks went all over the map during the review day, when rumors swirled about. Now they just halt trading for the day in many cases.
