R, already had that one figured out and have taken in to account those numbers. That it also why it is important for those counting to be doing so independently and staying away from each other's areas so to speak. Once the TA list gets into our hands then a culling can take place. Actually when you look at what I was counting the "memphis group" as I would have to only subtract 200,000 and TRUST ME, I believe the "Coonass Coalition has 200,000 we haven't seen yet. So there is no way to be exact but I believe we will be able to get close to + - 1 million. And when we are talking about 10 - 15 million short thats small potatoes. I do agree that sensational news will help the whole picture, BUT with out news one could still see MM's scramble allover themselves to cover when higher authorities want to know why the TA can't deliver 10 - 15 million certificates on a stock that shouldn't be margined anyway.......Of course this is all my speculation and I certainly wouldn't know for sure what the short position is or isn't. I just think waiting for the news is the wrong approach. It doesn't hurt one iota for someone to call a cert when there is absolutely no harm. If another 1 to 2 million get call in thats another 1 to 2 million that will show up on the buy side. Don't discount what this guys can or can not do. You have already bet on them, if you want to bet against them then sell, if you are with them then the next logical step is to register the cert. Trying to justify not registering the shares works for the MM's that are short. I have also received a number of very very lame excuses from the brokerage houses of why one shoudn't or doesn't matter. Brokerage houses want assets on the books. It benefits the brokerage houses assets to have the certs regsitered in their name, and gives them the control over you from going elsewhere to sell. Yada Yada, I know have work to go do...Sorry to get off on that, but get the cert folks, the icing is already on the cake, by us calling in the remaining 2 to 4 million its the candles that will blaze....

:-)
Again, just my shear speculation and opinion of things based on absolutely no facts or news releases dating back to the existence of dinosaurs.
