Retail is where it's at for the next 2 mos at least, and beyond if interest rates do not rise. Everyone' s either refinanced their homes and they feel rich now and are spending more, or they have sold and moved up to a bigger house and need more furniture, curtains, appliances, etc. Consumer spending is 2/3 of our economy.
