Why are we assuming that SER is going to take off? The merger with Impac has already been announced. The terms have already been set. SER is the acquirer and will be issuing stock to Impac to complete the acquisition, it's not SER that's being acquired in this transaction (at least that's my understanding). Is the buying based on speculation of a 3rd party acquiring SER, even before the Impac acquisition is completed? Or are people speculating that SER will go up after acquiring Impac? Lots of debt here. Buyer beware. Gator
