Sure go ahead and call. It seems that they may be quite helpful. Of course they thought EDII would be filing back in October though.

I also spent about 1 hour with the senior partner of BDO Seidman who is responsible for auditing EDII's books. #reply-5441645

I also obtained the telephone number of Mr. Ward Rivenburg, the senior partner of the BDO Seidman accounting firm, which are the auditors for EDII and its subsidiaries. #reply-5996477

Mr. Rivenburg is reachable at 713-659-6551.

Mr. Rivenburg spoke well of EDII, and confirmed that the company will become reporting by the end of October, with audited financial statements ending September 30, 1998 released.#reply-5996526

If you're going to call BDO... I'd suggest you call EDII first and ask them to notify BDO that you plan to call so that they have permission to release information to you.... just so you don't get the run around...

I think somebody else was going to lead you on a wild goose chase and snicker all the way around his desk... jhild conveniently left out who these posters may be and the clout they might have...
