European markets (DAX, FTSE and the gang) all established their highs in July, and fell 30%-40% to their lows early October. The FTSE is the only european market that came back within sight of its high. All the others look like the Oct- Nov. rally was a bear market rally.
The recent drop looks like Europe is starting on the 2nd leg down of the bear.
Look at Brazil. The bear market rally more pronounced.
Look at Hong Kong.
In fact, look at every equity market other then the US big caps and technology stocks. You would look at a market on a LT down trend.
