I'm going to try to phrase this question so it can be clearly understood. Is the "rumored buyout" simply the closing of the merger between Servico and Impac (resulting company LOD), or are we talking about a third party coming in and buying the combined entity? If it is a third party, any speculation as to who?

I would question the intelligence of acquiring a company in the process of acquiring another company. Very rarely happens, that's why I'm questioning this rumor. I'm guessing the rumor of a buyout is really a misinterpretation of the closing of the already announced SER/Impac merger.

Hope I made sense.
