Great. So SHVA will sit still for 3 months, floating between 5 17/32 and 5 21/32.
IMO:
they will procrastinate as much as possible and postpone the vote past the New Year's Day, until the lawsuits are at least partially settled (which may be January/February 99)...
...expecting all the angry people to finally lose patience, sell their shares, take losses, and forget about the whole thing.

The question is: what is the smart thing to do? Wait and hope that the lawsuits will bring something positive, or take a loss, reduce taxes, and invest somewhere else to get the money back?
