Yes, they bought back almost 5 million shares in September and October.

Your best bet is to go back to read old posts. Both Intuit and Visa tried to go up against CF and lost. In addition, look as MSMoney (15 % market share) vs. Quicken (80% market share), or AOL vs MSN. The reason CKFR is at a bargain price is because MSFT is the competition, once it is clear that CF is the EBPP leader, the stock will no longer be trading at a bargain.
