Rainbows&#151grilled with lemon and terragon. The bones are a hassle but the flavor is worth the effort; hence the phrase: TastyPincushions&#153. We usually 'fast-fry' the Brooks&#151nice 'n' crispy&#151sort of how Mikey is preparing AZNT investors. Then ya have yer Cutthroats (Nevada's Trukee River region)&#151they got so big, Mom cut the heads and tails off just to fit a baking sheet.
