My opinion is based on the following, among other things: (i) Netvest gets stock deal which protects against stock split/dilution, whereas Zulu common are given 10:1 (or worse) after stock dilution; (ii) all of Zulu's marketable assets are turned over to ESVS before merger a done deal; (iii) same, interrelated management representing Zulu and ESVS; (iv) begrudging production of financials, without support for 10:1 stock deal (e.g., was it based on ESVS having that elusive NASDQ stock listing, making its stock more marketable and valuable); (v) some official members of Zulu management appear to be strawmen, or at least are not accounted for in my book; (vi) press releases about deals, which were premature or deals are later recanted or rescinded; (vii) failure to satisfy procedural requirements for reverse marger; etc.
