To all:

Perhaps WINR and TISS are going to quietly go into operations without any press releases. After all, is the acceptance of the first monies from a internet gaming customer that newsworthy for WINR. More newsworthy events would be:

1. New contracts with new gaming sites.

2. Quarterly reporting of Income and Balance sheets.

3. The announcement of a legitimate accounting firm to audit the Income and Balance sheet statements.

4. Meeting the requirements for NASDAQ listing and being listed.

IMHO

Tom,

I really think no one knows the exact date of when this will be up. It's like this, they have the system up and running. But they are testing every angle and potential problem. They don't have an exact checklist to go by. So they keep coming with new things to test. For example, this three-way accounting system. I don't think it was planned ahead of time. It was a concern they had after seeing the system up. So they had to address it and find a solution. These types of delays are normal, especially considering when all three sides need to be placated. Further, from what I understand, they won't have an opportunity in the future to take the entire system down to work on it again. Gamblers want access to their money 24 hours a day, they are a finicky group. I think the only safe assumption is that it will happen some time in the next 4 weeks. Could be this week, could be next...so on and so on. But I do think they are close. One thing I have noticed, the MMs seem to be accumulating shares. I have seen a lot of fairly large sells go through at the bid without the MMs playing with the price. I also agree with you that we will definitely see an immediate swing in volume preceding the start of operations. There are those who are always in the know.

All this makes no difference if you are long.

JMO,
