steve,

Thanks for the prompt post. You set a good example of the type of investors that I would like to continue seeing on this thread.

steve,

Happy I dragged you over to this little stock yet?

OK......If you take a breath, folks......Let's look at the task of placing a value on Anything Internet. Keep in mind that BANY holds 800k....while BANY shareholders of record on November 3...(I think) will be having their dividend shares dumped into their accounts in about 7 days. (the dividend folks.....like steve.....have the dividend shares too...cool)

Now....there are some dynamics at work here....as the 200k of dividend stock will be the most liquid of the Anything shares. MMs will have some, in order to make a market....and I doubt any insiders will part with any...... I think the market will open tight and stay tight. Dividend holders will need to decide whether to hold, sell, or round up. I'm not sure what they will do....but I'm fairly certain that most of the large block old timers will be holding or adding to round up. Many feel that the shares are kind of a free thing and might be a good hold.

At the rumored $5.00 per share opening......Anything would be valued at about 4x sales.

Without sounding foolish.....I think it is safe to say that most folks are looking at 4x sales as a very large discount to other similar stocks......Which bodes well for a nice run up on the first few days (or minutes) of trading.

I don't think it's rocket science.......If Anything Internet comes out hot.....BANY will rise right along with it.

For the numbers folks.......

1. Anything at $5.00 ...($15 million market cap)......equals 50 cents per BANY share.

2. Anything at $10.00...(9x sales)..... equals $1.00 per BANY share.

3. Anything at $20.00....(18x sales)....equals $2.00 per BANY share.

4. Anything at $200.00?...(180x sales....a happy thought)

So.......Keep in mind that Doublecase, and Dell, and DesktopV...is not considered here.....they are free! (what a deal!)

As we struggle to find a value for Anything Internet.......I think BANY north of $1.00 or even $2.00 by the time Anything begins trading....would indicate that folks believe that the $5.00 estimated price is too low. If you run the numbers in reverse, it is easy to get a ballpark on the value of the new shares.

BANY is running now, IMO...because it is the only way to play the Anything Internet angle. So the folks buying and selling now, are helping to value Anything Internet now.

Today they said that the new shares are worth at least $7.50......and perhaps $10.00.

Cool.....I'm expecting E-Mails soon offering to buy my dividend shares prior to trading......I will get a good feeling for what the 1/2 price scummers will offer for pre-trading shares....I hope it is a bunch.....I can just double that figure....and pat myself on the back for my great DD.
