IDTC meets estimates and is in serious discussions regarding Internet telephony subsidiary spinoff, which has 90% market share.

I expect it will go up on two legs, great results, expected 10-20% sequential revenue growth, maintained or improved gross margins AND the spinoff >> this is like MALL and USAI spinoffs of UBID and TMCS coming this week.
