MM...i have to disagree with you...i think the turning point here is that asnd IS NOT moving on takeover rumors.....this stock IMO is going to kick ass now and is on it's way to a new 52 high

Mr. Chambers is finally realizing, there are other companies(ASND et.al) as well growing faster than CSCO. This is from Dow Jones news wires today.

Chambers believes the industry will be able to
grow at a "30 plus rate" over the next three to
five years. And "if it isn't us, it will be
somebody else,"(?ASND) Chambers said.

Reality check time for Mr. Chambers.
