CPQ up 5.58%, DELL up 6.58%. CPQ closed @ 34 5/16 and Dell @ 64 13/16. We'll us those closing numbers for our "gentleman's" wager. Bookmark this post, weenie. El

Now if we could only get a close above 35. Seems like we've been trading in the 32-34 area forever. Need some strong volume to break 35. Just hope we dont have to wait until earnings.

Ah! But . . .

CPQ's Relative Strength is RISING - now up to 74 from 73 last Friday. Accumulation/Distribution status B: POSITIVE ACCUMULATION

DELL's RS is FALLING - now down to 96 from 97 last Friday.
A/D status C: NEUTRAL

Both are now back into that very tight base that we slipped out of yesterday - DELL 62-66 and CPQ 33-35. A good sign for both. But I gotta say, Drew, that I think CPQ has the better chance here to score the bigger % gain because DELL's growth will be slowing y/y and CPQ's will be growing.
