Yes David, I did say something close to that. Here's exactly what I had said... "When we break through the .78 cent area we will see this stock move much higher. The last support level above that was $1.12 but it is common for a stock to test a buck before it will go through."

We went through .78 today but it was very fast and VERY thin. It was a frenzy of market orders that did it I'm sure. That's why we backed off sharply and have come back to work on .78 cents. The sell volume was not very big on the move down. Just a shaking of trees on a little profit taking. I expect to see more tomorrow.

We must break through this .78 cent area with strong support which I think we will have. The next large area of resistance would be $1.12 but I think that we will have to work hard to break the $1 mark. That's a heavy Psychological resistance level from what I've seen before. Just the smell of it signaled profit taking today.

Onward Ho!

$^)

Here's a message I read from our Yahoo pal, Chewy Mutant...LOL! I still get a kick out of that name. Anyway, here's the message he posted today...

The buy-in of 495,000 shares hasn't started yet.

Today (just before the big move up) I called CEO Yost & one of the questions I asked was whether the buy-back of the 495,000 shares was contributing to BANY's upward movement during the past several weeks. I'm not 100% sure of his answer, but I believe he said that the forced buy-back had not yet started; Yost did say that Banyan had recently received correspondence from the broker involved which suggested that the buy-back may occur soon.

I also spoke with Scott Sitra and complimented him and all involved with putting together the Anything deal; to me that was a stroke of pure genius since all parties involved gain from the process. I especially emphasized how impressed I was with the interest Banyan displays toward its shareholders since this is one characteristic which is usually lacking in smaller companies. This may be premature, but I asked Scott if we can expect similar "moves" in the future & he said that they are working on another acquisition right now which may lead to another share dividend for BANY shareholders. I complained to Sitra that they were making it difficult for a shareholder to sell their shares. I think the more you get to know about this company, the "longer" your outlook becomes. Cheers to CEO Yost & Sitra. Should send them a case of Coors for their efforts. GO BANY GO!!!
