MJ: Probably, and this a hunch because I have not seen their research report, BID hit their 12-month target or something, so they downgraded it. "Neutral" at MS is the same as "Hold". I will do some digging to see if I can get my hands on the report. BID's IR team, if they have one, could really do a better job because I know James and I have bitched about their poor IR and excellent PR many times on this thread. Obviously no one at BID is reading this thread, though. later, geoff
