George, MM and TL A somewhat confusing day as the TL showed what appears to be steady buying, yet NAIB walked down or held the ASK for much of the day. I have a couple guesses. Perhaps our shorts had collected perhaps 150K shares and decided to give them to NAIB today, knowing that we are close to news. News that is big enough from the rumors to hurt the shorts in a big way. Their strategy could be to try and walk the price down and create the appearance of weakness in the hopes that DCI shareholders will get concerned and start selling. As in the recent past however, it appears that very few shares were given up and I personally know of a fair amount of confirmed buying today. This should all work out in the end since with the CUSIP change coming the shorts will be forced to cover and the more that group tries to hurt us now by selling any shares they managed to pick up, or by increasing the short, the more pain they will endure when push comes to shove.
