Wegener does belong at the Western show if for no other reason than a lot of their current broadcast customers are there. Whenever there is a large gathering of broadcast channels in attendance Wegener should be there to talk with current customers and hopefully court new ones.

Yes the proposed preferred issue is on the pre proxy filing which we will be voting on in a couple of months.

As far as the preferred goes they already have ample credit available, the production facilities are fine and can withstand an increase in sales without much more eqipment or expendatures and they have very low debt and no convertables so interest payments are low.

With all these factors and the fact that they have given us no reason to assume there will be an explosion in revenues the preferred stock issue is a little pre-mature. IF they can raise revenues qtr- qtr and year over year than perhaps next year when there may be a need for the preferred would be a better time to bring up the issue.

Add to that when I spoke to Woodbury he stated that they see no reason right now to use the funds but wanted the option to issue them if they saw fit. Plus they tried to pass this last year and it did not pass which leads me to believe that it would only be used to help prevent a hostile takeover. Something at this point I would not mind seeing.
