Ernie, I think that it's pretty obvious that the merger with ITEL helps both companies, though I suspect that we will not know just how much until the news is out. This has been one loooong Quiet Period, by far the longest one in DCI's history. It will sure be interesting to see what Murphy and staff have put together for us....

ernie, The NASD/SEC have this year just changed their procedures with regards to so-called "back-door" methods of "getting listed on NASDAQ" (which IMO this DCI merger is not anyways) and "front-door recapitalizations" where the non-listed entity is of such significant size as to now require a new application for listing (which IMO is exactly what the DCI merger entails)

I base my guesstimates from reading the news releases under both tickers, and SEC filings issued since the announcement.

I wouldn't get too worked up over this. Mr. Murphy seems to be handling this just fine.

A delisting from NASDAQ of ITEL, I am positive, is something Mr. Murphy had considered fully and was addressed before he finalized his plans. I base this assumption on knowing how Mr. Murphy operates in best interests over the past couple years.

What I'm saying, in short, is don't sweat it! Let Mr. Murphy keep a steady course.

Colin

Hi Ernie,

The more I've dug into ITEL, the less I think we are getting into bed with them for their listing. Can't say just yet what I think as it would be PURE speculation but I do think it revolves around the size of their shareholder base. We will see....

On a personal note to Joe Murphy........TAKE CARE OF THE FAMILY. Business is a side adventure that can wait.
