I am not a low level tech. I work in the industry and read some of the comp rags. I couldn't actually tell you point by point what the differences between NT and UNIX are. Addi stated that SUNW UNIX was far more scalable with greater performance and that was why SUNW has nothing to fear from MSFT. I think anyone who under estimates MSFT, or any 1000 pound gorilla, is heading for trouble.

And, as I said, if I thought SUNW mgt thought MSFT was nothing to worry about. I would sell my SUNW stock. Why would anyone have a problem with this prudent approach. I am not knocking SUNW. Nor would I knock MSFT. I own both and hope that they each keep the other on their toes.
