WRONG,WRONG and WRONG.They were on the Nasdaq OTC and failed to file certain paperwork on time and were de-listed.This was a company error which cost them/us dearly.I should say this was an employee error and they are no longer with the company. No one said they are going to the big board and if was said it was in error by leaving out the OTC part. They are approved to be re-listed by the SEC about three weeks(news release to verify) ago and have applied for re-listing on OTC quotes.I just found out that they have been delayed a couple more days do to a technical/paperwork glitch(nothing serious).Hopefully trading by end of week. Please do your homework before you assume anything and then post false info.
