You are missing my point. I do not believe the insiders ever intended this company to
turn a profit. The plan is to get the share price as high as possible and they have done a
fine job. The other part of the plan is to sell the insiders shares to make a lot of
millionaires. They have done that. The balance of the plan is to file Chapter 11. Story
over.


I have to disagree with you, insiders of any company want the share
price as high as possible. All insiders, shareholders want to become
millionaires. I think AMZN can become profitable, But I don't think
the profits they will have in the future justifies the current stock price.
Hype, lying, misleading investors have been happening since I have been in the market every year... Bre-x,Delgf,sun beam,ZITL,iom,prst,saws,diana,ADSL sector,Y2K ,Internet sector etc...
I really haven't seen too much misleading or out right lying by Internet sector yet. Only thing I wonder about is the prediction of future market of internet $1 trillion by 2001?
I remember Y2K prediction was 600 billion by some bozo research company.
