Let's not forget Don that along with those shares of preferred go certain voting rights and compensation above and beyond us the common shareholder.

Management has had sufficiant time to turn things around(which they did in fiscal 98) and they now must prove to us that they are committed to raising sales and earnings and increasing shareholder value. Their incentive should be those items and if they can succeed in these areas they won't have to worry about their jobs in case of a hostile takeover. Seems to me that they are the only ones benifiting from any small success that they have had over the past year by lowering option prices and issueing large bonuses this year along with more new options while we ,the common shareholder, have seen the price of the stock continue to wallow near 52 week lows. Wheres the justice?
