FYI talked with the company and the announced deal is not one of the deals that was pushed out from the third quarter. Those deals are supposedly about wrapped up. Senior Management has spent time in Europe working on goals and distribution issues. Comments were made that they know that PSDI is targeting the mid tier more agressivly and that they are working very hard on keeping their lead. I made reference to the streets premium that they now afford PSDI over DSTM. Management is very aware of the streets concern over licence growth and is proactivley addressing these issues.
