Just got off the phone with Dave Packer - he said that any information CTI receives from SEC regarding fully reporting status will be given to stockholders via a Press Release. As we all know the filing was made a couple of weeks ago. He also explained that CTI and TSET are separate companies - one does not own any stock in the other. However, Dave and others with CTI have assisted TSET officers in the organization of their corp... He said that he hoped they would be a good customer in the future! He thought that todays drop in price could be due to month end broker book covering and possibly some short activity? He was waiting for an important call so I didn't get much more info.
