I don't know other than 2 or 3 days ago when he was trying to get me to buy it @ 4.50 he had to fax me the "unsolicited you could lose all your money" notice for BB stocks. but once it rose above 5.oo that was nolonger required so I don't know. All I know is that it is moving alot on no volume, so someone knows something john
