mph,
P&F on XYLN looks very promising and it looks like it is at a good entry point right now. My understanding is that Tim Luke likes it for an acquisition target. Hard to tell who the groom is, but I don't think that it is LU due to product overlap (INTC is my huckleberry). IBM has an established relationship with XYLN, and I don't think anything will happen without their approval...who knows maybe IBM wants to play with the big boys of networking? <chuckle>. $35 seems like a reasonable target.

I saw that you were in MRVC. Certainly P&F doesn't look good. Let's just say that nobody really pays attention to MRVC. To my knowledge they don't play in XYLN's market. I could be wrong, however if they do, it is not a significant role. They also have an optical component business in addition to their networking business. INTC once had and maybe still has a financial stake in MRVC. Don't know if INTC divested themselves of the MRVC holdings or not.

I like XYLN. I don't like MRVC.
