Nex, I think there is some geo work done/being done on Fantasma, but as you say no drilling until they do the geo and decide on the targets to try for.
Copper will not go to 50 cents US as that is below cost for all producers . The exception is made though when they make the copper in soft money and sell for dollars, like the soviets used to do. Most soviet mines are uneconomic if run properly with an accountant and now this is forcing them(old USSR states) to produce and sell and pay the workers.
The first lot of metal sales had all the $$ stolen and the workers went unpaid. The USSR has become dollarised, and US$ or other hard currencies run a parallel economy for VCRs and other wets good. the ruble is good for domestic stuff(barely) So this will be the winter of discontent that could propel that military leader to power(if he can avoid getting gang killed)

Bill
