Cymer has always been the innovator, lets hope the ELS-6000 is years ahead of the competition.

Its nice to keep getting furthur and furthur ahead but only if someone is going to buy your technology. I started an online legal research business in 1981. Well it was a bit to soon and lawyers were afraid to do legal research thru a computer. Westlaw, lexus etc. anyone legal out there? Can you guys exist without it today? Well by the time it caught on we had sold the business over 5 years earlier for a song more then we had into it. Today we would be another Yahoo or Amazon.com and retired trying to count all are cash! So lets hope this stuff starts selling b4 its outdated and others find better ways to do it.
